Can every online video be downloaded?
No. Support varies by platform, URL, technical availability, permission and content restrictions.
Do you support playlists or bulk downloads?
No. The service is designed for individual eligible items, not bulk playlist processing.
How long is the file available?
The download link is designed to expire two hours after preparation. Please save your file promptly after a confirmed payment.
Why did my conversion fail?
Possible reasons include inaccessible source streams, unsupported media, platform changes, excessive duration, file size restrictions or temporary server load.
Can I request a refund?
Contact the operator with your payment reference if you are charged but unable to receive your prepared file. Requests must be reviewed under the applicable consumer rules and published commercial terms.
